Memories
“He was such a kind and very generous person and adored his family. He always wrote telling me who was doing what and he was very proud of you all.” Moira
“The memories of Uncle Ken and Auntie Claire have always been fresh in my mind……….. I remember playing football in one of the streets nearby using a large brick wall as a goal, swimming in both the pool just beside Parker's Piece greens and in the south Nature Reserve side of the Cam, punting behind the Universities' backs, camping in Breziers Park with Michael, visiting many air shows, and many other things... most of the time accompanied by Uncle Ken, patient and always in a good mood... what fantastic Summers I had together with all of you.” Giacomo
“He was a lovely man who will be much missed.” Bluebird Care
Dad
The man that we call dad.
He never looked for praises
he was never one to boast
he just went on quietly working
for those he loved the most.
His dreams were seldom spoken
his wants were very few
and most of the time his worries
went unspoken too.
He was there … a firm foundation
through all the storms of life
a sturdy hand to hold onto
in times of stress and strife.
A true friend we could turn to
when times were good or bad
one of our greatest blessings
the man that we call Dad.
